Thanks to an excellent public response to the art exhibited in the town centre café during our first festival, we are delighted to announce there will be a rolling exhibition of local artists’ work in Caffè Nero, Epsom.
Each month a new name from the 2016 MGSO4 Festival will have a solo exhibition of their work, managed by artist Brett Lohn.
The series has kicked off with awesome, atmospheric animal images from Epsom artist Retouch. His photograph ‘7075’ (pictured above) won second prize in its category for the Celeste Art Prize 2016, and was exhibited in the Oxo Tower, London this autumn.
From 12 December, Brett Lohn will be exhibiting prints of his own intricate life-like oil paintings at Caffè Nero.
Most of the works displayed at Caffè Nero will be available for purchase.
